MISI KORBAN & AKIKAH AFRIKA – Tanzania, Afrika 2022

In Tanzania, Africa, Muslims represent 34% of the population, yet they have faced systemic oppression and poverty for generations. Despite their significant numbers, many in the Muslim community live in desperate conditions, where food is scarce and access to clean water is a rare privilege, leaving them to navigate life in the shadow of deprivation.

• The Qurban and Aqiqah mission, in partnership with IMPACTIVE MALAYSIA, was carried out in the heart of Handeni district, Tanzania, Africa, bringing hope and relief to the local community through acts of compassion and generosity.
• In honor of Eid al-Adha, this mission was launched to uplift the Muslim community in Tanzania, with the invaluable support of the international NGO ISLAMIC HELP. Together, we brought hope, joy, and essential aid, turning the spirit of sacrifice into a tangible act of kindness.
• With a remarkable total donation of RM 343,590, we were able to sacrifice 123 cows and 69 goats, turning this act of generosity into a lifeline for 8,000 people in Tanzania’s Muslim community. The distribution of fresh beef and lamb not only nourished bodies but also spread the spirit of Eid al-Adha, bringing hope and unity to those in need.
• We took the opportunity to visit a nearby village, bringing much-needed support and compassion to the locals, while deepening our connection with the community and sharing in the spirit of giving.
