THE CHILDRITY STORY

Once upon a time, in a world where many children faced immense challenges, a compassionate vision took shape.

On January 25, 2022, Farah Lee, a devoted philanthropist with an extensive experience in humanitarian missions across countries and a Master’s degree in Childhood Studies from the University of Leeds founded CHILDRITY, officially known as Pertubuhan Kebajikan FL. CHILDRITY symbolizes our dedication to CHILDren, chaRITY, and everything in between – serving as a platform to connect people’s hearts, bridge social gaps, and work towards making the world a warm home for everyone, especially children.

Devoted to enhancing the lives of children through a comprehensive range of humanitarian initiatives, we tackle critical issues such as educational deprivation, poverty, hunger, disease, conflict, and disaster relief. By providing access to learning opportunities, psychological support, spiritual enrichment, healthcare, and shelter, we strive to build safe environments where children can flourish and develop emotional intelligence.

CHILDRITY prioritizes bringing hope into the lives of children, beyond addressing the immediate needs. That’s why we offer toys, snacks, and engaging activities designed to uplift spirits and provide a sense of being seen and cared for, to inspire a lasting sense of joy, optimism and fulfilment.

Our efforts extend to sustainable development projects designed to lift communities out of vulnerabilities, equipping them with the tools an resources needed for a welcoming future. In times of crisis, we offer immediate aid and long-term support to those affected by conflict and natural disasters. Our programs also support and empower women, enabling them to provide a stable and loving environment for their children.

Having made significant strides in improving the lives of vulnerable communities, our projects span countries such as Afghanistan, India, Syria, Jordan, Tanzania, Turkiye, and various areas in Malaysia. We have successfully raised substantial funds, implemented sustainable solutions, and provided essential aid and support, benefiting numerous individuals.
